Application Checklist

Please keep this list for your own records in order to monitor the completion of each required step of your Blair Application for Admission.

	Application and Fee ($50 for U.S. Citizens/$100 for International Students)
	Interview and Campus Tour
	Student Questionnaire
	English Recommendation
	Mathematics Recommendation
	Official School Transcript (minimum prior two years)
	Test Results (9, 10, 11: SSAT; Postgraduates: SAT; International: SSAT and TOEFL)
	Special Interest/Talent Form

Upon completion of these steps, please contact our office to make certain that everything has reached us successfully. Application deadline is February 1 for completed applications and evaluation forms. The Admission Committee cannot guarantee full consideration to applications completed after the deadline.
