Tuition Information

Payments

Checks should be made payable to Blair Academy.

An applicant accepted for admission is required to pay a $3,500 enrollment fee for boarding students and a $2,600 enrollment fee for day students, which will be credited against the annual charge.

Payment for the balance of tuition in the amount of $31,500 ($23,400 for day students) is due in full by August 1 or in two installments as indicated on the Enrollment Contract due by August 1 and November 30. A special ten-month payment plan which starts May 1 may be arranged separately with Key Education Resources. Please contact the Business Office for details.

A late charge of $125 (and monthly service charges) will be made if the balance of the annual charge is not paid when due. Information explaining tuition financing plans will be mailed to all students who enroll.

International students must pay all accounts in full by August 1.

Bills for miscellaneous items not included in the annual charge are mailed several times a year. The yearly total typically ranges from $300-$500 depending upon the individual student. By June 30, a reimbursement check or final bill to close out the student’s account will be mailed. Monies deposited prior to the opening of school and not drawn upon will be included at this time.

Graduating seniors must have their accounts paid in full prior to graduation in order to receive a diploma. There is a $125 graduation fee to pay for Commencement expenses.

Costs for special courses are subject to change without prior written notice.

The school reserves the right to suspend any student for whom bills are not paid when due.
