Expenses
The annual charge for the
2008-2009 academic year for boarding students is $41,600. This
fee covers tuition, room and board. The annual charge for day
students is $30,000 which covers tuition, study rooms and meals
at school Monday through Saturday.
Deposits will be required in the student’s debit card account to cover purchases of textbooks and supplies, personal items from the athletic store, campus center, activities and health center charges.
There are additional fees for art courses, music lessons, driver’s education, special testing, class trips and other items. Some fees will be required in advance and others will be billed. A schedule of these fees will be supplied by the Business Office on request.
There is a charge of $500 for boarding students, and $350 for day students, for the Blair Academy Tuition Refund Plan. This plan is explained in a later section.
