2011-2012 Season
2/18 - MAPLs @ Lawrenceville
Blair concluded the season at the MAPL Championship event, hosted by the Lawrenceville School. A number of runners ran season best times, including Serem (3200), Hannah Klein (800), Claudia Russell (1600), Zach O'Connor (200) and Elyse Pettaway (200). In addition, the 1600 meter relay team of Gunn Woo Park, Kento Hirakawa, Zach O'Connor and Jas Kahlam joined Hannah and Serem in earning team points for the Bucs.

2/15 - States @ Lawrenceville
The Lawrenceville School hosted the New Jersey Prep State meet on their fast, banked 200 meter track. Several runners posted personal best times, most notably Jas Kahlam in the 800. Serem finished 5th in the 3200 (behind his friend and national record-holder, Edward Cheserek) and Haeyoon Chung advanced to the finals of the 55 meter dash, placing 5th overall.

1/13 - Paul Schwartz Invitational at Fairleigh Dickinson University
Fairleigh Dickinson University hosted the 14th annual Paul Schwartz Invitational at the Rothman Center on its metropolitan campus in Hackensack, New Jersey. Sprinter Haeyoon Chung won her heat in the novice girls' 55 meter dash, while Jeremy Joachim advanced to the semifinals of the boys' novice race at the same distance. Elyse Pettaway ran a fine 46.41 to win her heat of the girls' novice 300 meter run, and Kelvin Serem finished second in the varsity boys 1600 meters.

1/6 - East Stroudsburg University
Winter Track opened its season in East Stroudsburg University's Koehler Fieldhouse at the Warrior Classic. Twenty athletes competed, led by sprint captain Jose Rodriguez and his distance counterpart, Claudia Russell. Junior Kelvin Serem placed second in the open 2-mile event, while juniors Jas Kahlam and Claudia Russell won their individual heats in the 800 and 1600, respectively. Zach O'Connor and Jose Rodriguez both ran personal best times in the 55, with Gunn Woo Park matching his best from last year.
