Concert, Vespers & Tournaments in December

The holidays were heralded on December 9 in the DuBois Theatre of the Armstrong-Hipkins Center for the Arts, as Blair students presented the music of the holidays. Singers, instrumentalists and dancers performed in this annual program, followed by the second night of the faculty play, “Holidaze,” in the Wean Theatre of the arts center.

Some of these same talented Blair students participated in the Christmas Vespers service on December 11 in the First Presbyterian Church on Main Street, downtown Blairstown. Scripture readings, candle lighting and carols of the season were all part of this beautiful service.

Winter athletic events, including a number of holiday tournaments, are also on tap in the coming weeks. Click here for the month’s schedule.

Winter 2006 classes begin on Wednesday, January 4.
