Poetry Contest Winners Announced

To celebrate National Poetry Month and foster a love for reading and writing poems, Blair’s English department sponsored both a poetry reading and a contest. Students also read poems at School Meetings throughout the month. According to English instructor Charles Danhof, the contest served as a starting point for Between the Lines – Blair’s literary magazine – currently in production and due out at the end of the May.

Winners of the contest were Henry Kozinski ’07 (first place), Lara Kleinschmidt ’09 (second place) and Tito Rinaldo ’08. Their poems may be read by clicking on their names.
