Opening of School Registration
Football Pre-Season Registration
For the first five nights of football, 11th and 12th graders will reside in Freeman, and 9th and 10th graders will stay in Insley. On Tuesday, we will help you move to your permanent rooms if they are in other dormitories. Day students will move back home on Tuesday.

Upon arrival to campus, football players should proceed directly to the Freeman or Insley parking areas and check in at the dorm to get room assignments. |

Proceed to Clinton Hall to check forms, have I.D./Debit Card photo taken, get schedule, etc. (If your registration card has not been approved by the Business Office, your first step in Clinton must be at the Business Office on the bottom floor.) |

8:30 – 11:00 AM
Welcome! Please follow the steps outlined below.
- Get your dorm assignment and parking instructions at entrance.
- Park … leave belongings in car.
- PROCEED TO HEALTH CENTER WHERE YOU WILL BE GIVEN YOUR REGISTRATION CARD. You must keep this registration card with you through out the registration process.
- Proceed to Clinton Hall to check forms, have photo to taken for ID/Debit Card, get schedule and books, etc. (If your registration card has not been approved by the Business Office, your first step in Clinton must be at the Business Office on the bottom floor.)
- Proceed to dormitory where, in exchange for your registration card, you will be given your room key.

Brief MEETING FOR ALL PRE-SEASON ATHLETES AND THEIR PARENTS in the Wean Theatre (Armstrong-Hipkins Center for the Performing Arts). Individual team meetings will follow. |
Parents … please note: There will not be general orientation/information meetings in dorms for parents today. Parents of new day students are encouraged to return for a meeting with the Headmaster on Friday, September 8th at 1:00 PM in Cowan Auditorium (Bogle Hall, our math/science building). Parents of boarders who live nearby enough are encouraged to return for orientation meetings that begin in dormitories at 1:15 PM on Monday, September 11th. And of course all parents are cordially invited to a reception at the Headmaster’s home between 3:00 and 4:00 PM on the 11th.

New students and their parents are reminded that "veterans" are here as well; please don't hesitate to ask questions or to let us know how we can be of assistance in any way.
AT THE HEALTH CENTER YOU WILL GET A REGISTRATION CARD. YOU MUST KEEP THIS CARD WITH YOU THROUGHOUT THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. By presenting this card to your Housemaster at the end of the process, you will be given your room key.

NEW DAY STUDENTS and their PARENTS are asked to meet with Mr. Hardwick at 1:00 PM in Cowan Auditorium (in Bogle Hall, Blair’s Math/Science building). You may register after the meeting.

All day students are reminded to be at school on Monday, September 11th in time for a 4:00 PM meeting in Cowan Auditorium. Class Meetings, a meeting with the Headmaster, and a picnic supper will follow. They will be free to leave by 7:00 PM Casual attire is fine for the day.

since you are registering today, you are not required to go to the
All-Parent Meeting at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 11, but are welcome
to attend. The meeting will focus on issues relating to boarding
students.
