Faculty Members Compete in Boston Regatta

Rowing in the men’s club fours event on Saturday, October 21, in Boston’s Head Of The Charles Regatta were current faculty member Seth Blodgett and former faculty Brad Lewis and Dale Hurley. A friend from Minnesota rounded out their foursome, which placed 12th out of 33. The regatta, which attracts up to 250,000 spectators, is billed as the world’s largest two-day rowing event and is held on the Charles River. The course is approximately three miles long, with a competitive field including individual and team competitors (ages 14 to 85) from colleges, high schools and clubs from most states and several countries.
