Success Again for Surdoval at States
Head ski coach Rob Merrifield reports on the ski team’s standings at the March 3 State Ski Championships:
1. Jeff Ernsting ’07 – 7th in slalom
2. Louis Cirillo ’08 – 11th in slalom
3. Louis Cirillo – 10th in the combined (SL & GS)
4. Boys’ team 4th overall
5. Kait Surdoval ’08 – 1st in giant slalom, 2nd in slalom, 1st in combined; she took State Championship for the second year!
6. Jeff & Louis – both All Prep League and 3rd Team All State
7. Kait Surdoval – All Prep League and 1st Team All State
6. Kait Surdoval & Jeff Ernsting will go to the Eastern Regional High School Championships at Canon Mountain, New Hampshire, from March 16 to 18
