Blair Begins 160th School Year
The 160th school year officially opened for the Blair community on Wednesday, August 29, with cocktails at Sharpe House and dinner in the Romano Dining Hall. Headmaster Chan Hardwick introduced Blair’s new faculty (see photo below) and recognized both faculty and staff members celebrating 10 and 25 years of service to the school. Honorees included Jeff Buxton and Pat Togno who have served for 25 years, and Sue Habermann, Terry LaBar, Candy Low, Keith Sharpe and Troy Strunk who celebrate 10 years.
Prior to the festivities, the traditional full faculty photo was taken on Sharpe House Lawn (see photo below).
