Students Enjoy New Athletic Facilities
Blair’s football team played its first scrimmage under the lights of the new football field on September 7. Over the course of the summer, the School’s outdoor fields underwent a major transformation as part of Blair’s plans to enhance and expand its campus, as well as its activity and athletic facilities. The new all-weather turf field allows many other teams – including boys’ and girls’ soccer and lacrosse – to utilize the space for practice and games.
In the next few weeks, a new all-weather track will be completed, replacing the previous cinder track. Already students have gained seven new tennis courts with an additional three nearing completion.
