Poetry Fest Returns to Blair
The Warren County Poetry Festival was held in the DuBois Theatre of Blair’s Armstrong-Hipkins Center for the Arts on Saturday, September 29. Students were on hand to assist with the program and enjoy various readings, panel discussions and book signings.
