Bucs Take Titles in Spring Sports
Athletic Awards Winners Announced

Sports news in the month of May includes a number of impressive victories for the Blair Bucs. The varsity softball team won the Prep “A” State Championship over Hun 4-1. Julia Brackup ’12 won the girls’ New Jersey Prep State Golf Championship. Rashad Shelton ’09 won the MAPL Tennis Championship in 1st singles. Finally, Temi Fagbenle ’10 won the New Jersey Prep State Championship in the girls’ high jump competition, as well as the MAPL Championship in the high jump and javelin throw.

At School Meeting on May 18, the following awards were presented to spring season athletes. Congratulations to all!
