Students Enter Spring Art Contests

Blair Academy art students participated in the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL) Art Exhibition & Competition, on exhibit through April 16 at Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey. Awards were announced at an opening reception on April 2, with prizes of gift cards from Utrecht, an art supply company. Winners from Blair were as follows:
Best in Show: Alexandra Reed
Senior Prize: Lauren Fitzgerald
Honorable Mention 2: Elin Ryd

A few weeks earlier, other art students participated in the Warren County Teen Arts Festival at Warren County Community College, including Rachael Tseng, Cecily Marangos. Stephen Herrington, Ali Johnson, Karly Jung, Malcolm MacLeod, Elin Ryd, Jenny Hsu, Winston Chang and Wow Chiaravanont.
