Students Garner Awards at Model UN

History teachers Dr. Marty Miller and Jason Beck accompanied a contingent of Blair students to the 2010 Columbia Model United Nations Conference and Exposition (CMUNCE) at Columbia University, January 14-17. During the course of the program, students solved crises presented to them in
committee. Dr. Miller is pleased to report that the following are recipients of Honorable Delegate Awards: Dom Margiotta ’12 (FIFA World Cup 2010), Soomin Lee ’11 (Sepoy Rebellion 1857: British Cabinet/Joint Crisis Committee), Rebecca Dewey ’11 (Ukrainian Cabinet) and Lauren Baumgartner ’10 (The Onion News Network/Press Corps).
