Blair’s Executive Chef John Capponi Wins Culinary Award

The Sodexo Culinary Achievement Forum last July gave high praises to Blair’s executive chef, John Capponi. He and his team won the food competition based on a catering showcase for Sodexo’s New Flavours Guide. John presented the winning program recipes and food display that best represented what the catering program looked like in real life presentation.

John has been the executive chef in Blair’s dining hall for the past two years providing quality meals to the 600 students and staff.
