Admission Visit to Hong Kong
Dean Ryan Pagotto Meets Prospective Students

Dean of Admission Ryan Pagotto ’97 recently completed a whirlwind trip to Hong Kong where he enjoyed meeting with alumni and current parents and interviewing prospective students. A highlight of the three-day visit was a reception and dinner at Cipriani hosted by Erik and Barbara Ryd, parents of Elin ’11. Twenty prospective students and their parents joined the nine current Blair families from Hong Kong to learn more about the educational opportunities at Blair. Approximately 75 people attended the reception including Kenny Chen ’02 and current parents Alfredo and Lisa Lobo (Luisa ’15), Darryl and Eva Dong (Lukas ’15), Kwon and Suzanne Wong (Gordon ’14), Emily Lao (Michelle Leung ’12), Annie Lim and KK Ng (Derek ’15), Y.C. Lim (Yu Rong ’14), Angel Tsoi and Fred Lung (Jacqueline ’12 and Leo ’08), and Yau and Quan Hui (Joshua ’14). Ryan also enjoyed an evening with Craig Dana ’87 and Blair parents Bobby and Fifi Tsai (Kevin ’11 and Megan ’14) during his trip.
 
“The Blair name and reputation are very strong in Hong Kong,” Ryan reports. “Not only was this a successful trip for the admission office, but it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with many current Blair families.”
