Blair runs a parent e-mail distribution list* to help communicate last minute schedule changes and other information which may be important to send to parents quickly. *Our e-mail distribution system to parents only allows us to include one e-mail address per parent record. If the student's parents are at one address and receiving one copy of parent mailings, then we can only include one e-mail address for parent mailings. If the student's parents are at separate addresses and receiving duplicates of all mailings, then we will have two records in our database and can send out e-mails to two different e-mail addresses.
