A DAY IN THE LIFE

Malcolm

Malcolm
Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, and one of Blair's most outgoing students, Malcolm plays soccer, squash and lacrosse. During his time at Blair, Malcolm has developed a deep interest in Latin, and enthusiastically supports any and all campus activities related to Peddie Day.

Kai

Kai
Born and raised in Manhattan, Kai loves Blair’s campus and the surrounding area, as well as the fact that New York is only 90 miles away when she needs a city fix. Her favorite class is English and she spends much of her free time practicing her skills as an actress in school theatrical productions. A resident of Locke Hall, her favorite campus activity is Relay for Life, a bi-annual fundraising event sponsored by the American Cancer Society at which students camp out around Blair’s track and take turns walking for a period of 24 hours.

Gordon

Gordon
Since coming to Blair from Hong Kong, Gordon has become one of the School’s strongest science students. When he’s not in class, he runs cross country and track, and spends time with his friends in the dorm, campus center and dining hall. A resident of Mason Hall, Gordon counts the “underdog” boys’ cross-country team’s victory at a recent Peddie Day as one of his favorite Blair moments.

Josh

Josh
Although his parents live in nearby Bangor, Pennsylvania, Josh became a boarding student so he could become totally immersed in the Blair community. A fan of world history, he lives on Insley Hall’s Flight Deck, runs cross country in the fall and swims during the winter months. Since coming to Blair, he has served on the Freshman Class Council, and counts winning Peddie Day as his favorite Blair moment.

Brooke

Brooke
A native of Saudia Arabia, Brooke is a boarding student who lives in Locke Hall. When she’s not in class (history is her favorite), she is practicing with Blair Singers. Of all of the campus activities that happen throughout the year, Brooke loves the annual Headmasters’ Societies Games, a series of fun and spirited intramural campus contests that are a highlight of the winter months for those on campus.

Matt

Matt
A boarding student from Dayton, Ohio, Matt is an accomplished Blair wrestler who plays the piano as much as possible when he’s not in class. Of all of the courses he has taken during his Blair career, he most enjoys chemistry with Doc Sayers. On the weekends, he loves dorm bonfires, at which he can sit back and relax, and enjoy time with his friends, classmates and teachers.

Esther

Esther
Esther came to Blair from Seoul, Korea. One of her strongest subjects is AP literature with Mrs. Evans, which has become her favorite course. She has also explored her love of painting in an independent study course, strengthening her skills inside and outside the classroom. Esther’s favorite Blair moment was when the School’s JV field hockey team unexpectedly led Blair to victory during a recent Peddie Day.
