  • Saturday's Wrestling Match Will Be Livestreamed

    Tune in at 2 p.m. on Saturday to watch Blair's wrestling team against St. Peter's Prep.

  • Wrestlers Dominate at Who's No. 1 Duals

    Blair won 46 of 56 bouts and outscored its four tournament foes by a combined score of 189-37 to repeat as champion of the Who’s No. 1 Duals.

  • Blair Named Champion of Geary Invitational

    At the United States' oldest wrestling tournament in Geary, Oklahoma, Blair wrestlers delivered strong performances, scoring 173 points and placing 10 wrestlers in the top three, including five weight-class champions.

  • Blair Wins Beast of the East

    Blair’s number-one nationally ranked varsity wrestling team notched a decisive win at the 2016 Beast of the East tournament with 290 team points. This score marked the fourth-highest team point total at the 23 Beast of the East tournaments held to date and was well ahead of second-place Bethlehem Catholic’s score of 174.5.

  • Blair Wins 2016 Ironman Tournament

    Blair’s number-one nationally ranked varsity wrestling team placed first among 96 schools to win the 23rd annual Walsh Jesuit Ironman Tournament in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, December 9 and 10. The Bucs scored an impressive 196 points, nearly 70 points higher than second-place finisher St. Edward’s (127.5), and achieved top-eight placement in 10 weight categories. This marks Blair’s 13th Ironman victory overall.

  • Four Blair Wrestlers Sign National Letters of Intent

    The Blair Wrestling program will send four wrestlers to Division I schools in fall 2017.

  • Nationally Top-Ranked Teams from Illinois Train with Bucs on Home Mats

    In June, athletes from two Illinois High Schools (Oak Park River Forest and Washington Community) traveled to Blairstown to prepare for the upcoming national tournament in Fargo, North Dakota. The Bucs had the opportunity to learn from both teams' wrestlers and coaches over the course of several days during what is a quiet period on campus. Coach Brian Antonelli thanked the group for coming to Blair, calling the training sessions a "great week to practice with top-level coaches and other nationally ranked wrestlers."

  • Cast Your Vote Today for 'America's Best!"

    Blair wrestling is among the 16 teams that finished their respective seasons ranked number-one in the USA Today High School Sports Super 25 rankings and the five teams that ranked highly based on other criteria. Cast your vote today for Blair as "America's Best Team" for the 2015-2016 academic year. The athletic departments of the first-, second- and third-place winners will receive cash prizes of $1,000, $500 and $250. Voting begins on June 29 and ends on July 11 at 2 p.m. EST.   • Bucs Dominate at National Prep Championship, Winning 36th Title

    Blair wrestling won the 2016 national prep tournament on February 27, finishing the two-day competition with seven champions. This marks the 36th time the Bucs have won the national title: first in 1974, and then 33 consecutive times from 1981 to 2013, and again in 2015 and 2016.
