Blair Invites Prospective Families to Virtual Admission Spring Preview
Joanne Miceli

Families of seventh- and eighth-graders who are considering boarding school for their students’ high school years are invited to learn more about Blair Academy’s unique offerings during the School’s virtual Admission Spring Preview. On May 28 and June 4, Blair’s admission team will host 90-minute webinars designed to introduce students and their parents to the School’s distinctive academic program, robust co-curricular offerings and outstanding facilities, all while engaging with members of the warm and welcoming Buccaneer community.

“Our virtual Admission Spring Preview will help prospective students and families get to know Blair from wherever they are in the world,” said Associate Head of School and Dean of Admission Peter G. Curran. “Faculty members, administrators, and current students and parents will all participate in the webinar, and they are excited to share a slice of Blair life with up-and-coming students. We are looking forward to welcoming many families to each Spring Preview event.”

Beginning at 7 p.m. with remarks from Head of School Chris Fortunato, the Admission Spring Preview programs will feature panel discussions on academics, student life and parent perspectives, as well as an overview of the admission and application process. Students and parents will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about any aspect of life at Blair that piques their interest.

“We are eager to welcome prospective students to our beautiful and historic campus for interviews and tours just as soon as possible,” Mr. Curran said. “But until they can experience Blair in person, I encourage future Bucs and their families to join us virtually to get started on their journey of discovery.”

Please register for the Admission Spring Preview here. An admission team member will share the link to the webinar prior to the program.
