While many were bracing for an impending storm Saturday night, the Blair community was getting lost in a masquerade at the Winter Ball. Dedicated members of the parent volunteer committee transformed the Romano Dining Hall into a ball fit for royalty for students to dine and dance the night away. The Winter Ball is a beloved tradition to pack the sweatpants away for a night and dress to the nines to brighten the winter season
“The Winter Ball is a fun, exciting process to bring a theme to life for our students to relax and have fun with,” Winter Ball co-chair Kathy Garriques P’19 ’23 ’27 shared. “For the volunteers, it's a way to develop new friendships within the Blair community!” Kathy and fellow co-chair Patti Payne P’20 ’23 ’25 organized a team of volunteers to execute the theme seamlessly, down to the mask-topped cupcakes.
Director of School Photography Tyson Trish captured the festive excitement of the lavish affair in the photo essay below!
