Academic Support

Blair believes that all of our students can thrive with the right combination of individual effort and appropriate structured support. We have dedicated programs and resources to ensure that all students can achieve their highest academic potential. Each student is assigned an academic monitor, a vital half of our dual-advisor system, who guides them on their academic journey. Monitors help students in their course selection process and work with students to make adjustments and set up additional supports to ensure their success.

In our newly renovated space located on the top floor of Timken Library, our Director of Academic Support Victoria Patterson and Academic Support Coordinator and Learning Specialist Erika Clavel meet regularly with students to ensure all their academic needs are met and coordinate all academic support programs.
