ALUMNI WEEKEND RAIN PLAN:
In case of inclement weather, we've made the following alternate plans. If you have any questions, visit the registration table.
All weekend:
- Registration and coffee moved to Locke Hall conference room.
Friday, June 5:
- All outdoor athletic events (Golf, Hike & 5K Run) cancelled.
- Welcome Back Party will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
Saturday, June 6:
- Breakfast buffet outside Sharpe House moved to Romano Dining Hall.
- The parade will be cancelled.
- All outdoor athletic events (bike tour, softball & lacrosse) will be cancelled with the exception of the FitFighter Group Workout, the workout will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
- Class photos will be moved to Timken Library.
- Bounce house, magic show, photobooth and children’s activities will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
- Picnic will be moved to Romano Dining Hall & Insley Porch.
- Head of School Cocktails - bar located outside Chiang-Elghanayan Center under pergola moved inside to 2nd floor.
