ALUMNI WEEKEND RAIN PLAN:

In case of inclement weather, we've made the following alternate plans. If you have any questions, visit the registration table.

All weekend:

Registration and coffee moved to Locke Hall conference room.

Friday, June 5:

All outdoor athletic events (Golf, Hike & 5K Run) cancelled.
Welcome Back Party will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.

Saturday, June 6:

Breakfast buffet outside Sharpe House moved to Romano Dining Hall.
The parade will be cancelled.
All outdoor athletic events (bike tour, softball & lacrosse) will be cancelled with the exception of the FitFighter Group Workout, the workout will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
Class photos will be moved to Timken Library.
Bounce house, magic show, photobooth and children’s activities will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
Picnic will be moved to Romano Dining Hall & Insley Porch.
Head of School Cocktails - bar located outside Chiang-Elghanayan Center under pergola moved inside to 2nd floor.
