All weekend:

  • Registration and coffee moved to Locke Hall conference room.

Friday, June 7:

  • All athletic events (Golf, Hike & 5K Run) cancelled.
  • Welcome Back Party will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.

Fireworks will still happen unless severe weather, thunder and lightning.
Rain date for fireworks: Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m.

Saturday, June 8:

  • Breakfast buffet outside Sharpe House moved to Romano Dining Hall.
  • The parade will be cancelled.
  • All athletic events (bike tour, softball & lacrosse) will be cancelled.
  • Class photos will be moved to Timken Library.
  • Bounce house, magic show, line dancing and children’s activities will be moved to the Field House in Hardwick Hall.
  • Picnic will be moved to Romano Dining Hall & Insley Porch.
  • Head of School Cocktails - bar located outside Chiang Center under pergola moved inside to 2nd floor.
