Baseball Earns Victory Over Belvidere For Senior Day

The varsity baseball team earned a victory against Belvidere High School this past Saturday with a final score of 7-2. It was a great day for the Bucs, earning their second win of the season on their senior day.

Shane Hadden '25 got things going on the mound and had a great day pitching. The junior earned six strikeouts in five innings, and only let up two hits.

Offensively, Blair recorded 10 hits. Achylles Pons-Beltsyk '24 led the way going 3-4 in the batter's box and earning one RBI and three stolen bases. Danny DiCarlo '27, Brady Hoffman '25, and Thomas Horner '27 all ended the day batting .500 going 1-2. 

Next game for Blair will be on Wednesday, May 8th, as they travel to Hill.
