MAX Field Hockey has recently ranked the 2019 varsity field hockey team #18 in New Jersey in the preseason polls. This is a huge milestone for this program, as well as a momentum booster for what is expected to be an exciting season for the Bucs.
"We are certainly honored to be considered among the top teams in New Jersey, and we've worked hard to get to this point," said Sarah O'Neil, head field hockey coach. "But this does not change our approach to the season in any way. As ever, we are deeply committed to our core values: hard work, love of the game and love of teammates, and fearless play. I can't wait to get to work crafting who we will become as a team this year."
The team has a challenging schedule this year, which includes the MAX Field Hockey National Tournament at Conshohocken, PA on September 22nd and September 23rd. We look forward to seeing what these Bucs will do.
