
This past weekend, the Blair ski team placed second at the girls’ State Grand Slalom race, with a total time of 6:50.76. The team’s success was fueled by strong race times by each skier. Morgan Celley ’25 placed second, with a combined time of 1:31.77. Courtney Payne ’25 placed 11th overall, with a combined time of 1:39.16. Olivia Gore ’26 had a combined time of 1:45.88, placing 23rd overall. Rounding out the team, Paige Celley ’25 finished 33rd overall, with a combined time of 1:53.95.
With the final race closing out, the girls’ team had an impressive winter season, claiming first in the state among non-public schools and second overall among non-public and public schools. The girls placed second in both the Giant Slalom State Championship and Slalom State Championship. Congratulations to the ski team on their fantastic end to the winter season.
