Blair Softball Clinches the 2026 MAPL Championship

Blair finished  8-2 in Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL) play after losing the first game in extra innings and suffering just one other midseason setback before finishing strong with a pair of doubleheader victories on the road at Mercersburg. Pitcher McKenna Osgood '28 threw in a total of 15 games during the season and posted a 3.3 earned run average, while Mackenzie O’Keeffe '28 started at the catcher position in every game for the Buccaneers.

Offensively, the team compiled a .351 batting average, scoring 95 runs with 41 extra-base hits over the course of the season. In conference play, Blair softball outscored their MAPL league opponents 70-51 during conference games this 2026 season. The team capped off their impressive season by winning the MAPL Championship and advancing to the State Tournament semifinals.
