Blair Softball comes from behind against Hill

The varsity softball team found themselves in a challenge and succeeded, defeating the Hill School 8-4. Being down 1-2 in the 6th inning, Gwen Safin '20 rose to the occasion hitting a two-run RBI, providing a 3-2 lead for the Bucs.
Blair began to use that momentum to finish the game. Rachel Ninomiya '19 and Ashton Martini '20 were both three for four at the plate. Grace Hogue '21 sealed the victory with a three run homer in the 7th inning. Jess Schable '19 once again led the charge defensively, striking out many making it difficult for the Blues to score.
Blair Softball now sit on a 2-0 record. Their next challenge is on Thursday, April 4th, as they host Saint Dominic's Academy at 4:15 p.m.
