This past weekend, Blair swimming traveled to Franklin & Marshall College to compete in the Easterns Tournament. Although the Bucs placed in the middle of the pack, the team made some remarkable accomplishments having broke a school record and earn personal best times throughout the meet.

For the girls, Camille Williams '20, Rachel Ninomiya '19, Anna Insana '21, and Summer Will '19 ended up qualifying for the finals in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay. For the boys, Andrew Brooks '19, Nate Castimore '20, Jake Leddy '19, and Aidan Stockhausen '20 qualified for the 200 Free Relay.

Camille Williams '20 had her personal best times in the 100 Free and 100 Back races, bringing her to the individual finals. Other personal bests were made by Summer Will '19 and Jake Leddy '19, who broke five minutes in the 500 Free Relay with a career best time of 4:56.58.

But the highlight of the event was Anna Insana '21, breaking her own school record in the 500 Free Relay with a time of 5:11.49. Even thought Blair placed 24th out of 42 teams, they made great milestones to end the season.
