The Blair swimming team had great performances over the past few weeks.

In the MAPL Swimming Tournament, Anna Insana '21 placed 1st in the 200 IM, 2:15.35. Justin Choi '18 swam his best time in the 200 IM, 2:05.55. Alec Lawless '18 swam a personal best 21.67 in the 50 free, and another personal best in the 100 Back, 55.80.

For the Boys' State Tournament, Alec Lawless '18 swam a best 1:45.70 in the 200 free and a 47.89 in the 100 free. Aidan Stockhausen '20 swam a personal best in the same event breaking 2 minutes with a 1:59.17; he also swam a 59.19 in the 100 fly. Justin Choi '18 swam a best time in the 200 IM, 2:05.28. And the boys 400 free relay came within half a second of the school record.

Finally, the Girls' State Tournament ended with a new pool record as the girls Medley Relay team broke the school record by 2 seconds with a 1:57.83, and the same four girls, Summer Will '19, Camille Williams '20, Anya Insana '21, and Tiara Myrie '18, broke the school record in the 200 free relay, 1:46.64. Anna Insana '21 placed 3rd in the 500 Free, 5:20.03, and Summer Will '19 placed second in the 200 IM, 2:09.22. Summer went on to win the 100 Breast with a new school record of 1:05.89. Sammi Hui '18 swam a 5:53 in the 500 free for a best time on the season
