It was a great weekend for the Blair track & field team as they wrapped up their season at the MAPL Championships in Mercersburg on Saturday, May 10.
For the boys' squad, Jaiveer Chauhan '26 placed 1st in both the Long Jump & Triple Jump. Blair's 4x100 placed 2nd with a season best (Jaiveer Chauhan, Parker Lee '27, Andrew Zhang '26, Mayan Muchugia '26). Mayan also placed 4th in the 100m finals and 2nd in the 200m. Michael Lynch '26 placed 3rd in the Pole Vault.
Lola Bambe '27 earned herself a PR in the 100m leading things off for the girls. Cheyenne Joachim '25 placed 5th in the Discus and Elizabeth Brown '28 placed 6th in the Pole Vault.
The girls team wrapped up a great meet with placed 5th in the 4x400m relay with a season best time! (Maggie Antosek '25, Debra Hill '25, Anwita Borra '27, and Genesis Medina '25).
