Several Blair athletes went to partake in the 64th Annual Bishop Loughlin Games at the Ocean Breeze Indoor Track and Field Facility in Staten Island. Of note were performances by freshman Morgan Jones '21 and sophomore Savannah Lee '20. Morgan finished 14th out of the field of 83 competitors in the freshman 300 meter run with a time of 41.22 seconds. Savannah Lee earned 5th place out of a field of 143 competitors in the sophomore girls 300 with a personal best time of 43.70 seconds. The top six in each event receive a medal for their finish, so thanks to Savannah's performance we also brought home some hardware. Kerem Ayhan '19 ran a personal best in the varsity 300 with at time of 38.68 seconds. He has his eyes on running the school record of 35.34 seconds later this season.

The next meet for the track team is the Jim Mitchell Invitational at the NYC Armory on December 22nd, 2017.
