The varsity track and field team secured victories in their final dual meet of the season. Blair's boys' squad defeated Peddie 58-32 as the girls' squeaked away with a final of 44-43.
In the girls' distance running events, senior Jessica Wilm '21 led the Bucs in the 800 meter run and 1600 meter run. Morgan Edwards '24 led Blair in pole vaulting for the girls, recording a 6'0" height. For the boys, Etka Ayhan '22 led in field events winning the long jump and triple jump. Morgan Jones '21 won the 100 meter, 200 meter, and the 400 meter. He averaged 1.74 seconds faster than the runner-up.
Other notable performances include Patrick Payne '23 and Isaac Greene '24. Patrick won the 800 meter run and the pole vaulting event for the boys, securing a 10'6" height. Isaac won the 1600 meter run, beating his opponent by 35 seconds.
