The varsity boys' basketball team defeated St. Benedict's this past Wednesday 74-61, getting revenge after last year's state finals loss to the Gray Bees. It was a battle all game long, as both teams were close within score throughout the night. With only a three point lead at the half, Jordan Dingle '19 and Jabri Abdur-Rahim '20 became hot beyond the arc at the right time.

Jordan Dingle '19 was able to score 22 points, shooting extremely well from deep and finishing in the lane. Jabri Abdur-Rahim '20 led the team in scoring with 24 points, dominating on the offensive end. Defensively, Keenan Worthington '19 was a rebounding force for the Bucs as Henry Makeny '19 was able to make steals leading to breakaway dunks.

The next challenge for the Bucs will be on Saturday, January 26th, as the Bucs host the Lawrenceville School at 2:30 p.m.
