Boys' Tennis places 2nd at MAPLS

The varsity boys tennis team traveled to Lehigh University this past Saturday for the 2022 MAPL Championship. After a hard fought effort from the Bucs, the squad finished the day in 2nd place behind The Hill School for the championship.

Leading the team was Marc Riera '22, who finished the tournament as a MAPL Champion, defeating Hill School's Dev Sharma with a score of 9-7. Nick Hansen '22 was able to finish 2nd in third singles. 3rd place finishes were earned by Ethan Turkewitz '22 in second singles, and in the doubles bracket by Scottie Kimmelman '22 and Hayden Lee '22. 

In addition to being crowned a NJISAA Prep A State Champion, Marc also earned first-team All MAPL.
