On Saturday, the Blair Academy boys' lacrosse team secured a commanding 14-6 home victory over St. Peter's Prep. With this regular-season win, Blair improved its record to 3-2.
The Buccaneers' offense was fueled by a balanced attack and dominant possession time. Tucker Seamans '28 led all scorers with a team-high six points, tallying two goals and assists. Both Sebastian Rudnick '28 and Jack Seeger '27 recorded hat tricks in the contest; Rudnick finished with five points (three goals, two assists), while Seeger contributed four points (three goals, one assist).
Other key offensive contributors included: Michael Antonelli: four points (one goal, three assists). Kellen Nelson: two goals. Will Evans: two points (one goal, one assist). Derek Constantino: one goal.
A critical factor in Blair's success was the performance of Michael Antonelli at the faceoff X. Antonelli dominated the circle, winning 17 of 23 draws for an impressive 74% win percentage. His efforts also led the team in ground balls, as he scooped up nine during the game. In the cage, Kevin Cooke '27 anchored the Blair defense. Cooke turned away ten shots to limit St. Peter's Prep to just six goals for the afternoon.
