Bucs Fall Short on Opening Day

Varsity baseball started their spring season off with a home opener against Pennington on Saturday, March 30. After nine hard-fought innings, the Bucs fell short 13-5.
The Bucs had four pitchers on the mound recording five strikeouts. Carson Bowman ’25 went two for three at the plate while also scoring two runs. Micah Balzarini ’24 went 75 percent at the plate, scoring one run and recording one RBI. Jackson Cooper ’26 and Brady Hoffman ’26 also tallied a run each in the game.
This weekend, the Bucs will head down to Mercersburg Academy as they prepare for a doubleheader.
