Blair came out strong and earned a 5–0 win over Pope John! Our offense was clicking, led by Brin Tosh '29 with two goals, Tyler Parkins '28 with a goal assisted by Charlize van Huychem '30 and Emerson Gaitan '28, and Hailey Fallon '29 with a goal assisted by Peyton Taylor '27. Emerson Gaitan finished the scoring with the final goal of the game. It was a great team effort from start to finish — lots of energy, teamwork, and heart on the field. "So proud of the way this group continues to show up for one another," said Assistant Coach Courtnay Stanford.
The JV team also had their home opener, earning a 3–0 win over St. Benedict’s! Annabel Douglas '30 and Coles Thomas '30 each found the back of the net. What a fun way to start their home season! A great day for Blair Field Hockey and an even better day to be a Buc.
