The varsity field hockey team is extremely proud that juniors Ella Gaitan '24 and Milaw Clause '24 have been selected for the USA U18 National Field Hockey team. They will be competing internationally throughout the summer representing the United States.
"We are thrilled that Ella and Milaw were selected to join the USA Field Hockey U18 National Team," said Pamela Schulman, Blair head field hockey coach. "It is an incredible honor and one that they deserve. Their skill, speed, and determination make them two of the best field hockey players in the country for their age group. Moreover, they are great teammates. Their sportsmanship, hard work, and dedication to the teams they play for make them even more well-suited to represent US Field Hockey on an international level."
Ella and Milaw were leading scorers for the Bucs last year and help lead Blair to secure the 2022 NJISAA Prep A State Championship.
