Girls' Soccer extends their winning streak after Pope John win

The varsity girls' soccer team extends their winning streak to four as they defeated the Pope John Lions this past Tuesday with a final score of 6-2. The first half ended with a tied score of 1-1, but the Bucs were able to pull it together for a dominant performance in the second.
From the start of the second half, Blair scored two goals quickly, followed by a Pope John goal. Goals were scored by Olivia Miles '21, Rebecca Groseibl '20, Megan Donaghy '22, Ashlyn Alles '20, and Bev Da Costa '21. Goalie Grace Hogue '21 had five saves and the Bucs finished the game with a total of 14 shots.
The next challenge for the Bucs will be on Saturday, October 12th, as they travel to Mercersburg Academy for a 1:00 p.m match.
