Girls' Varsity Tennis defeats Columbia with thrilling doubles match

The girls' varsity tennis team defeated Columbia High School this past Wednesday with a final score of 3-2. Deciding this match was the first doubles team of Bani Meghadri '25 and Liz Sterlin '23, who defeated their opponents in three sets with a score of 6-7, 6-4, 10-8. Both Bani and Liz fought hard during this 2+ hour battle. Other wins for the Bucs include second singles player Naomi Sansone '26, and second doubles players Gray Beall '26 and Clara Yan '24. Blair will travel to Pingry School this Friday to compete in the NJISAA Prep A State Championships.
