Yesterday, Blair’s track & field team travelled to Peddie to participate in Peddie’s Winter Invitational, showcasing impressive performances across various events.
In the Girls’ 45 Meter Dash, Temilola Bambe ’27 claimed 1st place with a time of 6.81. Sasha Gershman ’25 had a strong showing in multiple events, taking 1st place in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:11.20, and placing 4th in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 29.75.
On the boys’ side, Mayan Muchugia ’26 secured 2nd place in both the 45 Meter Dash (5.74) and the 200 Meter Dash (24.24). Javieer Chauhan ’26 competed in the 45 Meter Dash, finishing 5th with a time of 5.85. In the 400 Meter Dash, Danny Ndiritu ’25 earned 4th place with a solid time of 57.91.
