Softball records double digit hits in victory over Morristown-Beard

The varsity softball team recorded a season-high 19 hits in yesterday's 10-5 victory over the Morristown-Beard Crimson. In addition to the hits, Blair earned 10 runs and 10 RBIs on 34 at-bats.

Leading the charge at the plate was Ruby DeFrank '24, who went 4 for 4 with three RBIs and two runs. Ruby also recorded two singles and a triple. Sage Christiansen '23 also hit a triple during a game, going 2 for 4 with two RBIs. Eight out of the nine Bucs in the lineup all had hits, including seven players with more than two. 

On the mound, Mallory Allen '23 ended the day with eleven strikeouts. 

Blair's next game is on Tuesday, May 3rd, at 4:30 p.m. as the Bucs host Hun.
