Sydney Landau '20 has been invited to participate on the USA Athletes International tennis squad to represent the United States in the 2019 DKV International Tennis Tournament in Groningen, Holland. Sydney has been highly recommended to play on this 10-player roster comprised of talent all across the nation. The team will be coached by head coach of Colby College, Adam Reeb.
"I am very honored and grateful for this opportunity," said Sydney Landau '20. "It is exciting to be traveling the world to represent our country and play with the top players in the United States."
"I am so proud of Sydney being accepted to the USA tennis team," said Tracy Klein, Blair's head tennis coach. "She really deserves this accomplishment as she puts so much time and energy into constantly improving her game. Sydney is a force to reckon with!"
The tournament will take place on May 25th - June 3rd, 2019.
