This past weekend, the boys' varsity basketball team hosted a Coaches vs. Cancer event, earning two dominant wins against Springfield Commonwealth Academy and Western Reserve Academy. In both games, the Bucs had multiple players in double digit scoring.
In the 90-68 victory over Springfield Commonwealth, Luke Paragon '23 had a season-high 29 points, including eight of the team's 15 three pointers. Following him was Jayden Williams '24 with 15 points and excellent drives to the rim. Ian Imegwu '23 led the team defensively, rebounding well off the glass.
On Sunday, Blair defeated Western Reserve 83-50. Ian Imegwu '23 was the leading scorer of this game with 23 points, going 7-8 from downtown. Carnegie Johnson '23 followed with 15 points and Jayden Williams '24 with 14 points.
Blair's next game will be on Wednesday, December 7th, as they host Compass Prep at 6:30 p.m.
