Varsity Volleyball defeats PDS in two sets

The varsity volleyball team earned their first win of the spring against Princeton Day School. Blair won the first set 25-13, followed by a dominant 25-8 second set. Seniors Ashley Dai '21, Ramla Gunnarsdottir '21, and Sasha Bakulina '21 led the Bucs with excellent hitting throughout the game.

Although hitting earned the team a majority of points, Blair's serving led by Temi Ogunyomade '24 and Alice Devereux '21 contributed to points as well. Jene Vachirapong '23 solved problems all game as the setter, delivering great assists to her hitters. Rosy Sun '23 rounded the team's great performance with her defensive hustle through both sets. 

The next match is at Stuart Country Day school this Saturday, April 17, at 2:30 p.m.
