Blair's strength and conditioning program is designed to promote health and wellness throughout the community as well as improve team and individual athletic performance. Our training curriculum focuses on implementing safe practices in efforts to not only improve performance, but also reduce injuries throughout athletes’ seasons. Our state-of-the-art facility includes two Hammer Strength full elite power squat racks, six Hammer Strength half elite squat racks and one Hammer Strength Smith Machine. Additionally, we have various cardio machines, including five treadmill machines, five spin bikes and three elliptical machines.
