INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

Sunday, August 31 & Monday, September 1, 2025

STUDENTS AND PARENTS: The schedule that follows represents our attempt to combine business and pleasure in welcoming you (and welcoming you back) to Blair. New students and their parents are reminded that "veterans" are here as well; please don't hesitate to ask questions or let us know how we can be of assistance in any way. Students are permitted to stay on campus on Sunday evening but MUST check in with the dorm head. Registration will take place beginning Monday morning. A more complete registration schedule will be available over the summer.

Sunday, August 31: (Optional)

8:30-11:30 a.m.	Individual meetings with Head of School, by appointment*
11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m.	Luncheon at Sharpe House for all international families
1:00-4:00 p.m.	Individual meetings with Head of School, by appointment*  Time for unpacking & settling into rooms  Senior leaders & dorm staff are available to support the move-in process
5:30-6:30 p.m.	Dinner for new international families at the Associate Head of School’s home
5:30-7:00 p.m.	Dining Hall open for all students

Monday, September 1: (Required)

7:30-9:00 a.m.	Breakfast for those on campus
8:30-10:00 a.m.	Continental breakfast
8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.	Registration begins at the Health Center
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.	Buffet luncheon at Romano Dining Hall
12:30 p.m.	All boarding parents meet with dorm heads at their respective dorms
1:00 p.m.	Orientation begins for all grades (more details will be sent this summer)
1:30 p.m.	All parents meet with the Head of School in Armstrong-Hipkins Center for the Arts
2:15-3:30 p.m.	Parent Reception at Sharpe House  Parents should plan to leave campus following the reception.

Please note: Student Orientation Program runs through Monday evening.
