FLIK Dining
FLIK Independent School Dining (FISD) is proud to be the dining service provider for Blair Academy! As a culinary driven organization from inception, FLIK's focus has always been cooking from fresh, whole foods and using quality ingredients. Our mission is to provide wholesome, nutritious meals that fuel the minds of our campus each day. We are proud to bring custom, made-from-scratch menus to Blair that are nutritious and support local and sustainable agricultural practices. Together, we can nourish a brighter future!
We are also delighted to share that Blair's dining hall has achieved a level one Green Certification, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility. This certification includes standards such as being 100% Styrofoam-free, conserving water in kitchen operations and serving certified organic foods.

Romano Dining Hall
Blair students eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Romano Dining Hall, which features an abundance of healthful options, including a robust salad bar, hot, homestyle entrees, homemade soups and sauces, and a wide range of deli choices and freshly baked breads and desserts.
Breakfast, lunch and some evening meals are served buffet-style; on other weeknights, students and faculty families sit down together at family-style dinners, an experience that fosters a strong sense of community and strengthens relationships across campus. Student leaders assist the faculty members at the head of their table with serving, clearing and engaging with their classmates during these meals.
Black Canteen
Students can also eat in The Black Canteen, better known on campus as “the Can.” Located in Hardwick Hall’s Blair Commons, the Can is a popular place to socialize, study and relax between classes. Each week, the Can offers weekly specials, in addition to regular menu items, and the community regularly gathers there to watch major sporting events and political debates.
